- If the product is not working within 7 days of purchase we will take back the product it and give a new product.
- The product has to be returned in original packing condition along with all the accessories.
- There will be no Return of any product purchased under any promotion scheme or discount or where the invoice is specifically mentioned "no replacement".
- Original invoice copy and delivery challan are required to be submitted along with request for replacement.
- RDRL reserves its right to ask the customer for identification.
- Other terms and service condition are displayed at the store apply.
- All dispute are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
